What is wellness coaching?

Certified Health and Wellness Coaches are professionals from diverse backgrounds and education, who work with individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower the client to achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.

What can Wellness Coaching do for you?

How would you like to astoundingly improve your capacity, in ways you never considered possible? Perhaps you’ve been harboring plans and resolutions for better health management, but haven’t gotten around to achieving this desire because for some reason you lack that extra push, the consistency or focus to follow through. Then you will be thrilled because we’ve got good news! With the right Health Coach and a commitment to proven strategies, you will come through with improved health outcomes in no time.

Health Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be.

Health Coaching employs trusted theories from coaching psychology, behavior change, adaptive thinking, and positive mentorship to help you surmount all forms of resistance to positive change. This often involves a step by step approach that is structured to help bring the best out of you. Essentially, Health Coaches help you work out what exactly you want, why you desire it, your hindrances to having it and finally how to achieve it. Breaking those old habits or ways of thinking are difficult. But, with the right coach you can change your life.

A lot about Health Coaching really involves support and strength, the kind that can only be provided by a seasoned and experienced coach. Subscribing to the guidance of a Health Coach would mean subscribing to a supportive and interactive relationship, one that will leave you empowered with a renewed focus and drive, ready to take on your well-being, one step at a time.
